Rob is an Alvin native and 5th generation Texan tracing his family roots to Brazoria County before the Texas Revolution where the family cattle brand was among the first registered in the county. He is a self-employed commercial real estate broker and is a former board member of the Brazoria County Crime Stoppers, current board member of the 100 Club of Brazoria County, has been serving as Treasurer of the Brazoria County Republican Party since 2019. Rob was elected to the Port Freeport Commission in 2021 where he ran and delivered on his promises of eliminating the Port tax rate, cut wasteful spending such as full-time health benefits for part-time Port commissioners, and instituting term limits. He enjoys putting his analytical and financial skills to work for the citizens of Brazoria County and is running for Brazoria County Judge to bring his conservative leadership style to that office and put the taxpayers first.
